Susan is knowledgeable without being pushy. She knows the greater Austin area from top to bottom and could talk about the pros and cons of each neighborhood. Specifically, she was able to talk about the ways traffic is changing in Round Rock: which roads would become busy in the next five years, and which areas are more stable. She also helped with putting together offers, including extras we could put in to sweeten the offer in ways other than price, which was helpful in such a competitive market.
